Nancy’s background includes 25 years in CPG Brand Management and Marketing. Nancy joined Procter & Gamble in 1982, after receiving her MBA from Harvard Business School. There she advanced through the Brand Management ranks, working in the Paper Sector on brands such as Pampers, Bounty, Always and Luvs.

Nancy’s experience base broadened while living away from Cincinnati between 1987 and 1992, during which time she worked as a Marketing Consultant. Her return to P&G from 1992 until 1999 included advancement to Marketing Director as well as carrying a variety of Global Marketing leadership responsibilities.

As the Always Brand Manager, and then Feminine Protection Marketing Director, Nancy initiated and lead development of the first Global Feminine Protection digital marketing efforts in the mid-90’s. She was also a leading advocate, during both the 80’s and 90’s, for P&G to embrace employee policies and cultural shifts to better leverage and retain a diverse workforce.

Nancy joined Sara Lee in 1999 as the Vice President of Marketing for the Hillshire Farm & Kahn’s company. Leading a marketing department of 30 product management and marketing services personnel, Nancy spearheaded the development of new, full integrated marketing campaigns (TV, Print, Consumer Promotion, Website, PR, In-store) for Hillshire Farm and Kahns brands behind deep consumer insights and big creative ideas.

From 2001 and 2008 Nancy, once again, broadened her professional horizons as a marketing consultant. These years also included leaded major non-profit and community based service initiatives, including an extensive effort to bring City Year to Cincinnati.

Nancy joined Baker Street Solutions in 2008, as the Managing Director of the Baker Street Cincinnati office. At Baker Street Nancy leverages the depth and rigor of BSS qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to help identify business building, ‘mind changing’ strategic marketing/product ideas for our clients.
