Don’s background includes 25 years progressive Senior Management, Marketing and New Product Development experience. Don joined Procter & Gamble in Brand Management and is the only Marketing executive in P&G history to be awarded ‘Research Fellow’ in the R&D organization.
In 2002 Don founded Baker St. Solutions, and has worked for more than half of the Fortune 500 using The Right to Succeed®, a proprietary new product launch model, to bring over $5 billion of new products and services to the market in the last 12 years.
Matt brings his extensive 15 year experience in marketing and consumer understanding, as well as his solid technology background and strong leadership skill to the Baker Street Team.
Prior to joining Baker Street, Matt was Vice President of Marketing at Reflect-True Custom Beauty, a Procter & Gamble company, where he lead the transition from marketing an online focused business to marketing across the multiple channels.
Jill Leist currently serves as the Marketing Director at Baker St. Solutions. In this role, Jill manages a variety of client services, from market analysis to qualitative research.
Prior to joining Baker St., she served as the Managing Director of Nouveau, a full service Consulting Firm. In this role, she curated expertise in development and execution of public affairs campaigns involving media relations.
She began her career working on highly contested political campaigns across the country, executing grassroots and grasstops constituent mobilization campaigns and crisis communications.
Jill earned her B.A. from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) with a major in Journalism, and a concentration in Public Relations.
